Exchange Policy

All claims on faulty items must be made within 7 days from the date items were received. The proof of purchase (invoice) must be attached to the claim for the exchange arrangement. FELINE does not accept claims for products that show any sign of use or wear. This policy also does not cover accidental damages to the product that was caused by the customer.

The following reasons do not warrant the customer an offer of refunds or exchanges for their custom-made items (e.g. printed fabric):

  1. Incorrect purchases (Buyer’s negligence).
  2. Change of mind (Buyer’s remorse).
  3. Colour differences (The colour of the fabrics depicted online cannot be guaranteed by FELINE due to variances beyond our control; such as computer monitor settings).

 

 Wrong/faulty item

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge.

 

Damaged Parcel

In the event the parcel is damaged during shipping, kindly take a clear photo and include it in your claim submission to us.

 

Missing Parcel

In the event that the ordered item is completely or partially missing, kindly contact us as we have a proper tracking system to trace it.

 

All exchanges are subjected to our stock availability & it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process the request. There is no charge to exchange items however any cost incurred for return shipment will be borne by the customer.
